Return Policy

We do not accept returns on personalized products for reasons other than manufacturing flaws or misprints.

If there is a printing error or a manufacturing malfunction, please contact and send photos of the issue. Our customer service representatives can handle the return information and arrange for pick-up. Defects can be fixed or credited, and misprints can be reproduced for free.

We do not accept ANY returns after 30 days of receiving the product, so please inspect your purchases as soon as possible for any potential faults.

We will always make every attempt to fix any issue you may have, so please don’t hesitate to send us an email regardless of the circumstances.
